Solid Color Meditation Sets
These sets consist of 2 pieces: a regular-sized zafu and matching zabuton, made in solid-color canvas or twill (canvas doesn't come in all of these colors, so sometimes I have to use a heavy twill instead.) The regular-sized zafus are about 14" by 6" and are stuffed with buckwheat hulls. (You may request kapok stuffing if you prefer -- the cost is the same.) They have hidden velcro closures, so that the amount of fill can be adjusted -- also so that you can wash the canvas cover (remove the buckwheat hulls first!!).
The zabutons are about 30" square, and have removable covers with velcro closures.. The cotton batting inside is enclosed in a muslin liner that can be removed. They have a loft of about 3 inches.
If you are taller than 5'10", you may find that the extra-large cushions are more comfortable, as they provide more height for your sitting meditation. In the extra-large size, the zafus measure 15" by 8, and the zabutons are 30" by 36".
